CENTRE DE SANTÉ MONTCALM HEALTH CENTRE

The Montcalm Health Centre, situated at 218 Caron Street in Saint-Jean-Baptiste Manitoba, was officially opened on June 24, 2005 with funding for the construction from MB Health and the Federal Government. The Centre offers the following Health Services, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. as well as Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Families First - Jeanette Bergstresser can be reached at 758-3031 Ext.5
Tuesday and Wednesday as well as alternate Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Administrative Secretary - can be reached at 758-3031 Ext.0
Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The itinerant office is shared as needed by the Recreation Director, Mental Health Worker, Evelyn Bartel and a Dietician.
