BibliothÈque Montcalm Library
Bibliothèque Montcalm Library is located at 113 2nd Avenue in the Ecole régionale Saint-Jean-Baptiste and is a Municipal Library in the RM of Montcalm. A wide range of reading materials such as CDs, DVDs and videos are available for all ages in both French and English. There are 10 computers available to our clients with access to high speed Internet, a variety of computer programs, and a scanner. A projector, screen, laptop computer, and a digital camera can be rented for $10.00 per day per item. Photocopies are $0.20 per copy. A fax, laminator, shredder, and a binding machine are also available to the public for a minimal fee.
We have an exchange agreement with the South Central Regional Library (SCRL) which allows residents of the RM of Montcalm to use the libraries in Altona, Winkler, Morden, and the residents of those municipalities making up the SCRL to have access to the materials in our library.
The residents of Montcalm need to show their Montcalm library card whenever withdrawing materials from the libraries in the SCRL.
Library cards can be obtained free of charge from your library.
